The invention exploits double-point modulation structure to control the input of VCO; and exploits the property of phase-lock loop to the narrow band tracking property of VCO to get carrier wave signal; getting frequency modulation signal by modulating VCO with digital self-adapting gain control loop. The inventive structure has the advantages of exploiting phase-lock loop frequency synthesizer to getting carrier wave frequency, and of be able to modulating high speed wide band input signal.
