The preparation process of the composite flocculating agent includes mixing ferrous or ferric sulfate and aluminum sulfate in some container, adding concentrated sulfuric acid while stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide while slow stirring, and stagnation. The present invention has simple production process and no toxic matter produced, and the product is suitable for treating various kinds of waste water.
