Abstract

The research finds that the sulforaphane has the tendency of relieving rhinitis symptoms in mouse experiments, and further research shows that the sulforaphane can obviously reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors sIgE and his in mice, so that the expression level of inflammatory factors in rhinitis mice is close to that of blank mice, and the sulforaphane shows certain concentration dependence along with increase of dosage. Therefore, the sulforaphane has the curative effect of treating inflammation on the in-vivo inflammatory factor level. Meanwhile, female and male stratified analysis is carried out on each group of mice, it is found that the expression level of sIgE and his in female mice is overall higher than that of male mice, the female mice are more sensitive to inflammation, and in drug effect comparison, the drug effect of the female mice is more obvious.
