Abstract

The invention relates to the field of periodontitis bone homeostasis, in particular to application of a ceramide combined osteoclast surface CD300lf receptor in preparation of a medicine for treating periodontitis. According to the application disclosed by the invention, in a mouse periodontitis microenvironment, the expression of CD300lf on the surface of an osteoclast precursor is obviously reduced compared with that of a control group; the osteoclast precursor induces osteoclast differentiation in vitro, and CD300lf expression is reduced; under the stimulation of RANKL, the osteoclast differentiation capability of the osteoclast precursor with the CD300lf knocked out is obviously enhanced; the Ceramide ligand can be used for inhibiting the differentiation of an osteoclast precursor; the Ceramide ligand can be used for promoting the expression of CD300lf in periodontitis of mice and inhibiting bone resorption and osteoclast differentiation. The invention clarifies a new mechanism for inhibiting osteoclast differentiation by down-regulating CD300lf in a periodontal microenvironment, and the research is expected to provide a new target and a new idea for periodontal treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of periodontitis bone homeostasis, in particular to the application of a ceramide-binding CD300lf receptor on the surface of osteoclasts in the preparation of a medicine for treating periodontitis. Background technique [0002] The maintenance of bone tissue homeostasis depends on the balanced activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Osteoclast hyperactivation, bone homeostasis imbalance, and alveolar bone resorption caused by pathogenic bacteria and host immune responses in the periodontal microenvironment are one of the hallmarks of the progression of periodontitis. At present, the mechanical removal of plaque and calculus is mainly used clinically to slow down the resorption of alveolar bone. However, some patients still cannot obtain stable curative effect, which is manifested by the continuous progress of bone loss. Preventing and blocking alveolar bone loss is the key to the treatment of periodontal disease. T...
