Abstract

The invention discloses a fractional order time lag optimal control method for a microbial intermittent fermentation process. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a fractional order time lag system model of the intermittent fermentation process; step 2, establishing a fractional order time-delay optimal control model; and step 3, designing an optimal control method for the fractional order time-lag optimal control model established in the step 2 so as to realize optimal control of batch fermentation production of microorganisms. According to the method, a more accurate mathematical model can be provided for the microbial fermentation process, and an optimal control strategy is provided for improving the production efficiency of the intermittent microbial fermentation process. Therefore, the cost of the actual production process is greatly reduced, and the economic benefit of the actual production process is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of microbial batch fermentation, in particular to a fractional-order time-delay optimal control method for a microbial batch fermentation process. Background technique [0002] Microbial fermentation refers to the process of using microorganisms to convert raw materials into products required by humans through specific metabolic pathways under suitable conditions. Microbial fermentation has many advantages such as mild reaction conditions, simple operation and no pollution. At present, microbial fermentation has been widely used in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, energy industry, chemical industry and other fields. Microbial fermentation is a very complex process because it has the characteristics of nonlinearity, fractional order (microbial strains have memory and genetic characteristics) and time lag (microbial strains need a certain growth time to react). Therefore, studying the optimal control ...
