The multiplex PCR detection method and the kit for screening the urinary tract infection pathogenic bacteria are reliable and rapid in result and low in cost, and experimental results show that the detection method and the kit are high in recognition speed on the urinary tract infection pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumoniae, staphylococcus saprophyticus, enterococcus faecalis, streptococcus agalactiae and proteus mirabilis, and the detection method and the kit can be used for screening the urinary tract infection pathogenic bacteria.
