The switching power supply circuit includes: a primary circuit receiving an input voltage, the primary circuit having a main power switch coupled to a primary winding; a first secondary circuit providing a first output voltage, the first secondary circuit having a first slave power switch coupled to a first secondary winding; a second secondary circuit providing a second output voltage, the second secondary circuit having a second slave power switch coupled to a second secondary winding; the control circuit determines whether the first output voltage and the second output voltage deviate from the reference voltage. According to the switching power supply circuit and the switching power supply method, balance of power output of different paths is realized.
