Abstract

An internal circulation cleaning treatment method for cyanogen-containing SRG gas comprises the following steps: 1) enabling the cyanogen-containing SRG gas to sequentially pass through a first-stage washing tower, a second-stage washing tower and a third-stage washing tower, and discharging the washed gas from the top of the third-stage washing tower; 2) enabling the gas discharged from the top of the third-stage washing tower to enter an acid making system for acid making, thereby generating concentrated sulfuric acid; 3) enabling the process water sequentially to flow through the third-stage washing tower and the second-stage washing tower and then enters the first-stage washing tower, then feeding the concentrated sulfuric acid to a first-stage washing tower and mixed with a solution in the first-stage washing tower to obtain an acidic washing solution; 4) washing and purifying the cyanogen-containing SRG gas by using the acidic washing solution, discharging the wastewater at the lower part of the primary washing tower to a primary settling tank after washing and purifying, and feeding the wastewater at the upper part of the primary settling tank into an SO2 desorption tower; and 5) removing SO2 in the wastewater by an SO2 desorption tower, and discharging acidic washing wastewater.
