Abstract

The invention relates to a belt coal flow visual identification method. The method comprises the following steps: projecting lattice structure light onto a coal conveying belt, and forming lattice light spots on the coal conveying belt and coal materials; collecting image information on the coal conveying belt under irradiation of the lattice structure light; extracting lattice light spot features in the image information to form lattice cloud information; performing three-dimensional reconstruction according to the lattice cloud information to obtain a three-dimensional model of the coal materials on the coal conveying belt in a preset time period; performing slicing processing on the three-dimensional model at a preset interval to obtain slice images; projecting the slice images to a two-dimensional coordinate system; estimating weight of the coal materials corresponding to the single slice image according to the area of the slice images and the preset interval; and accumulating all slices to obtain a weight estimation value of the coal materials in the preset time period, and calculating flow information of the coal materials in unit time according to the weight estimation value.
