The high-density polyethylene is used as a main raw material, the aramid fibers and the phenolic resin are added, the aramid fibers and the phenolic resin have the excellent performance of ultrahigh strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance and the like, and the high temperature resistance of the heat preservation plate can be effectively improved; and in addition, the flame-retardant layer is arranged on the heat preservation plate, and the fire-resistant agent is added into the flame-retardant layer, so that the fire can be prevented from burning; flame-retardant bags are additionally arranged in the flame-retardant plate, and carbon dioxide and water can be released by the flame-retardant bags in the flame-retardant plate if fire disasters, and combustion explosion and the like occur, so that fire extinguishing effects can be effectively realized, and personal safety can be better protected.
