Problems solved by technology

However, due to the lack of simple and effective large-area array readout technology, it has not always been capable of large-area array imaging applications.
A small number of multiplexing technologies based on arrayed nanowires are also relatively complicated on the chip and circuit, and have high requirements for the wiring design of the detector chip and the cooling capacity of the refrigeration equipment.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of single-photon detection, and provides a superconducting single-photon detection structure and a preparation method thereof. The structure comprises a plurality of detection units, a transmission feeder line, a power line, a first coplanar waveguide, a second coplanar waveguide and a third coplanar waveguide; the plurality of detection units are separated by the power line to form a resonator array, and the power line is connected with the ground end of each detection unit; each detection unit comprises a nanowire with a snakelike structure and an interdigital capacitor; the resonant frequency of the corresponding detection unit is determined according to the length of the interdigital capacitor; the transmission feeder line is coupled with each detection unit and is used for reading out the frequency domain of the resonator array; and the first coplanar waveguide is connected with the first end of the power line, the second coplanar waveguide is connected with the second end of the transmission feeder line, and the third coplanar waveguide is connected with the first end of the transmission feeder line. According to the invention, the resonant frequency range of each resonator is increased, the resonant frequency of the resonators is improved, the complexity of the reading circuit is simplified, and the practicability is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of single-photon detection, in particular to a superconducting single-photon detection structure and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Light is one of the main carriers of information closely related to human daily life activities. Converting light into electrical signals is crucial to understanding its intrinsic properties and making better use of it. With the extreme demand for the detection of a large number of faint targets, such as distant celestial object observation, long-distance laser ranging, bioluminescence analysis, etc., the limit of light detection has been pushed to the level of a single photon. [0003] The energy gap of superconductors is on the order of meV, which is 3 orders of magnitude lower than that of traditional semiconductor materials, and they work in a cryogenic environment. Therefore, single photon detectors based on superconductors have unparalleled ad...
