Embodiment 1

[0032] This embodiment provides an electrospun membrane scaffold with the functions of promoting rotator cuff tendon-bone healing and inhibiting muscle fat infiltration. Its specific preparation method includes the following steps (refer to figure 1 ):

[0033] 1. Synthesis of MSNs-COOH nanoparticles

[0034] Add 1.75mL of NaOH solution (2M), 0.5g of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB, 98%) and 5mL of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS, 98%) into 240mL of water slowly and stir, then in 80 Stir vigorously for 15 min at °C. Then continue conventional stirring for 6h, then use ddH 2 O and methanol were filtered and quenched; the CTAB template was extracted by stirring in 50 mL of methanol and 5 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid at 60 °C for 24 h. Finally, MSNs were obtained by filtration, methanol washing and vacuum drying.

[0035] Ultrasonic dispersion of 50 mg of MSNs in 50 mL of ethanol was added with 25 μL of triethoxysilane, stirred for 24 h, centrifuged to collect nano...

Abstract

The invention provides an electrospun membrane stent for promoting rotator cuff tendon bone healing and inhibiting muscle fat infiltration and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the electrospun membrane stent comprises the following steps of 1, ultrasonically dispersing MSNs in ethanol, adding triethoxysilane, performing stirring, performing centrifuging to collect nanoparticles, re-dispersing in sulfuric acid, heating to collect a final product, performing washing, and freeze-drying to obtain MSN-COOH nanoparticles; 2, adding lithium salt and the MSN-COOH into deionized water, performing stirring, then performing centrifuging, removing supernate, and drying precipitate in vacuum for 40-50 hours to obtain Li+@MSNs; and 3, dissolving a high polymer material and the Li+@MSNs in HFIP, stirring to prepare a uniform solution, and then preparing the electrospun membrane stent with a single fiber in a cowpea-like structure by adopting an electrospinning technology. The electrospun membrane stent can promote the bone healing of a rotator cuff tendon bone interface and inhibit rotator cuff muscle fat infiltration, meanwhile, provides an instant mechanical support effect after operation, and can provide a new idea for clinically repairing old rotator cuff injuries.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of surgical repair materials, in particular to an electrospun membrane support for promoting rotator cuff tendon-bone healing and inhibiting muscle fat infiltration and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Rotator cuff tears are a common problem in the musculoskeletal system. The study found that the prevalence of the disease ranged from 15 percent to 51 percent, with the highest incidence among people over the age of 50. Poor healing after repair often leads to recurrence or other poor clinical outcomes. Most research in this area has focused on the bone-tendon interface, looking at ways to modify and strengthen the bone-tendon interface, but physiological changes are of increasing interest, including muscles at the point of attachment of the structure after a rotator cuff tear , tendon and bone changes. Characteristic degenerative changes include fat accumulation in muscle and mus...
