Abstract

The device is based on a structured light detection technology, assists a laser light source, and carries out irradiation, data acquisition and real-time processing on the surface profile of the railway track through four groups of structured light sensors. According to the working principle of a triangulation method, the device uses an improved Hessian matrix structure light center pixel coordinate extraction algorithm. According to the structured light sensor, the surface of the track is irradiated by a linear light source emitted by a laser light source in the sensor, and then a result is fed back to a high-speed camera in the sensor, and meanwhile, the sensor carries out real-time calculation and can accurately measure the geometric morphology of the surface profile of the track.
