Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there is no standardized identification and detection method of tartronic acid at home and abroad, and there are few reports on the content analysis of tartronic acid in cucumber. The only high-performance liquid chromatography method has cumbersome pretreatment, low resolution, Detection time-consuming and other issues

Abstract

The invention provides a method for quantitatively determining the content of tartronic acid in a cucumber by ion chromatography, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of a test solution: homogenizing a to-be-detected cucumber, freezing and centrifuging at a high speed, and filtering to obtain filtrate; and S2, analyzing the peak area of the test solution by using an ion chromatograph, and comparing the peak area with the tartronic acid standard curve to obtain the concentration of tartronic acid in the test solution, thereby obtaining the content of tartronic acid in the to-be-detected cucumber. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the content of the tartronic acid shows a good linear relationship in a range of 0.1-10.0 mg / mL, the correlation coefficient is 0.9982, the detection limit is 0.3 mu g / mL, the quantitation limit is 1 mu g / mL, and the recovery rate is 98.15%-99.58%. The method is short in operation time, high in precision and accuracy, good in reproducibility and free of interference of other impurities, can be used for quantitative detection of the tartronic acid in the cucumber, and can meet the requirements of cucumber breeding, quality regulation and control and production and cultivation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quantitatively determining the content of propanol in cucumber by ion chromatography. Background technique [0002] Propanedioic acid (2-hydroxy), also known as hydroxymalonic acid, is a small molecular organic acid widely found in melons and vegetables, and can fuse with human saliva to produce astringent taste. Tartronic acid can effectively inhibit the conversion of carbohydrates into fat in the body, prevent fat accumulation, and does not prevent carbohydrates from providing heat and energy to people, and can also consume excess fat. , Weight loss has a good effect. Since the human body cannot synthesize tartronic acid by itself, it is generally obtained through diet. Cucumber fruit is one of the important sources of plant organic propanedioic acid. With the pursuit of health and a better life, people pay more and more attention to the role of cucumber in health care, beauty and weight loss. The content of p...
