The semi-closed liquid cathode glow discharge generation chamber comprises a semi-closed outer cover, a sealed top, a sealed bottom, a high-temperature-resistant capillary tube, a peristaltic pump, a sample injection tube, a waste discharge tube, a graphite rod serving as a cathode and a tungsten rod serving as an anode; the semi-closed outer cover is provided with an observation window, a spectrum detection opening and a graphite rod insertion opening; the sealing top is provided with a top opening, and the tungsten rod is inserted into the semi-closed outer cover from the top opening.
