Abstract

The invention provides a method for improving the iron removal effect of glass-phase coal-series waste through microwave pretreatment. The glass-phase coal-series waste is mainly waste such as fly ash and coal-fired furnace slag which are generated after coal is used as fuel and subjected to high-temperature combustion. The method comprises the following steps: (1) removing magnetic substances from the glass-phase coal-series waste through magnetic separation operation to obtain a non-magnetic product; (2) performing microwave pretreatment on the non-magnetic product; and (3) performing fine grinding-acid pickling operation on the product subjected to microwave treatment to obtain a low-iron product of which the total iron content is lower than 0.2%. The method is used for removing iron from the glass-phase coal-series waste such as the fly ash and the furnace slag, the grade of TFe in a low-iron product can be reduced to 0.10%, the effect is remarkable, and the problem that the high value of the glass-phase coal-series waste such as the fly ash and the coal-series furnace slag is limited by too high iron impurity content is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of non-metallic dressing and smelting, in particular to a method for improving the iron removal effect of glass-phase coal series waste by adopting microwave pretreatment. Background technique [0002] Glass-phase coal-based waste refers to coal ash and coal-fired slag produced during high-temperature combustion using coal as fuel, mainly fly ash from power plants, and is a large industrial solid waste. Fly ash refers to the fine ash collected from the flue gas after coal combustion, and is the main solid waste discharged from coal-fired power plants. my country is a large coal-producing country, and coal is used as the basic fuel for electric power production. The total amount of fly ash discharged by my country's coal-fired thermal power plants is increasing year by year. In 1995, the discharge of fly ash reached 125 million tons. In 2000, it was about 150 million tons. By 2010, it will reach 300 million ...
