The whitening and freckle-fading bin-divided essence comprises the following components by mass: an upper bin: 1-3% of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate; and a lower bin: 0.1-3% of glycosylglycerol; 0.1-2% of a saccharide isomeride; 0.1-3% of an actinidia chinensis fruit extract; 1-5% of nicotinamide; 0.1%-0.3% of a polyacrylate cross-linked polymer 6; 0.01%-0.1% of transparent xanthan gum; 6-14% of a humectant; 0.1%-1.0% of a preservative; and the balance of deionized water. The upper bin and the lower bin are separately stored. The whitening and freckle-fading bin-divided essence prepared by combining the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, the glycosylglycerol, the saccharide isomeride, the actinidia chinensis fruit extract, the nicotinamide and other components according to a specific proportion and in a special dosage form not only has unique appearance and excellent skin feeling, but also has outstanding synergistic whitening and freckle-fading effects.
