The system comprises a current sensor and a voltage sensor which are positioned in a battery pack and are used for acquiring battery pack data, in-battery-cell ECUs (electronic control unit) connected with a battery cell in the battery pack, and an out-battery-cell ECU for summarizing data information of the in-battery-cell ECU, and the out-battery-cell ECU is connected with an external CAN communication bus to upload data; the number of the in-battery-cell ECUs is multiple, the multiple in-battery-cell ECUs and the out-battery-cell ECU form a CAN bus network, the network topology structure is in a bus shape, the transmission protocol is CAN2.0B, and the out-battery-cell ECU comprises a first CAN controller and a second CAN controller. The whole battery management system is strong in management function and very clear in structure, the reliability and maintainability of the system are remarkably improved, the battery pack can be effectively controlled and managed, each single battery works under proper conditions, and the safety, durability and dynamic property of the batteries are fully guaranteed.
