However, it is unknown whether NK cells expanded in vitro have anti-CMV effects
[0005] Therefore, in this field, there is a lack of systematic assessment of whether NK cells have an anti-CMV effect; what is more, it is unknown whether NK cells expanded in vitro have an anti-CMV effect

Abstract

The invention provides a system for evaluating the anti-cytomegalovirus effect of NK cells, and the system comprises a first evaluation subsystem which is used for evaluating the anti-cytomegalovirus function of the NK cells; a second evaluation subsystem, used for evaluating the function of the NK cells in inhibiting cytomegalovirus amplification; a third evaluation subsystem, used for evaluating the re-infection ability of the cytomegalovirus acted by the NK cells; and a fourth evaluation subsystem, used for evaluating the removal function of the NK cells on cytomegalovirus. Through the system provided by the invention, the anti-cytomegalovirus effect of the natural killer cells (NK cells) is scientifically and normatively evaluated, and a scientific and systematic reference basis is provided for the application of the natural killer cells in the anti-cytomegalovirus effect, so that the system provided by the invention has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical and biological detection, in particular to a system for evaluating the anti-cytomegalovirus effect of NK cells. Background technique [0002] Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is an effective and even the only way to cure malignant hematological diseases. Infection is the most common complication after allo-HSCT, accounting for nearly 50% of transplant-related deaths. After Allo-HSCT, the number and function of immune cells have not been restored to normal levels in the early stage, and infection is very prone to occur. Among them, cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection became the main cause of death after Allo-HSCT. The incidence of CMV infection after transplantation is as high as 30-80%, and can cause GVHD and bacterial or fungal infection, increase the risk of transplant-related death, and lead to poor transplant outcomes. The preventive and therapeutic effects of antiviral drug...
