Problems solved by technology

[0004] Currently, readers on the market are generally designed for high-throughput laboratories, meaning they are capable of automated high-volume testing, but they are prohibitively expensive and require more complex training for the public
This is a significant drawback, as having the advantage of sensitivity not available to the public greatly reduces the chances of early diagnosis

Abstract

The present invention provides a device for rapidly displaying coronavirus test results, with which a user can directly and qualitatively read fluorescence excited from a fluorescence source targeting a target site of an assay without using an electronic sensor. The device comprises: an excitation light source for generating excitation light, the exciting light is used for exciting a fluorescence source of the targeted measured object to generate the fluorescence; an assembly for precisely emitting less reflected excitation light and fluorescence; means for consistently detecting the fluorescent source by the naked eye with a minimum risk of health; and a user control system for turning on and off the excitation light source. Correspondingly, the invention further provides an operation method of the equipment. A common user can test the coronavirus at home by using the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to fluorescent signaling technology for reading coronavirus test results. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for facilitating the rapid display of coronavirus test results by providing consistent and accurate on-site readings of fluorescent signals, by means of which the average person can perform a test at home without the assistance of a medical professional. Get a coronavirus test. Background technique [0002] Fluorescence and colloidal gold conjugates are the two main methods of signal rendering in the field of diagnostics. Fluorescence immunoassays work by labeling target analytes with specially designed antibodies that emit light when exposed to a UV light source. [0003] Although fluorescence methods are generally more sensitive than colloidal gold methods, most tests for the OTC or point-of-care markets use colloidal gold methods. The main reason is that current colloidal go...
