Embodiment 1

[0034] 1) Use a granulator to granulate the marigold flower meal, adjust the ring die compression ratio of the granulator to 1:1.8, and feed steam to granulate;

[0035] 2) For 100kg marigold granules, add 0.4m 3 98% acetone, extracted 4 times, each time for 1 hour, the temperature of the extract was about 52°C;

[0036] 3) the extract is concentrated until the volume fraction of acetone is about 10%;

[0037] 4) filter to obtain filtrate and filter cake;

[0038] 5) The filter cake is transported to a dryer for drying to obtain the product of Example 1.

Embodiment 2

[0040] Compared with Example 1, the difference is that the step 1) ring die compression ratio is 1:1.2, and other operations are the same as in Example 1 to obtain the product of Example 2.

Embodiment 3

[0042] Compared with Example 1, the difference is that the step 1) ring die compression ratio is 1:2.2, and other operations are the same as in Example 1 to obtain the product of Example 3.

Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial method for continuously extracting high-content marigold flavone, wherein the method comprises the following steps: 1) granulating a marigold flower raw material according to a granulator circular mold compression ratio of 1:(1.2-2.2); 2) extracting the marigold flower particles by using 70%-100% acetone as an extracting agent, and filtering to obtain an extracting solution; and 3) down-regulating the volume fraction of acetone to 0-30%, filtering to obtain a filter cake, and drying the filter cake to obtain a marigold flavone product. The method is simple, high in continuity and operability, high in productivity, low in energy consumption and suitable for industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of natural plant extraction, and in particular relates to an industrialized method for continuously extracting high-content marigold flavonoids. Background technique [0002] Marigold (Tagetes erecta L) is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the genus Tagetes in the Asteraceae family. It has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, reducing phlegm and relieving cough; it has fragrance and can be used as fragrance agent; it has been used as antibacterial, sedative and antispasmodic agent in the past. Marigold flowers mainly contain flavonoids, glycosides, amino acids, vitamins, pigments and other ingredients. Marigold flavonoids are yellow-green powder extracted from marigold flowers. Its main component is quercetin tagetin, accounting for about 80% of marigold flavonoids. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, hypotensive, anti-arrhythmic, anti- Platelet aggregation, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor...
