Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: fixing a root system of a target plant in a culture dish containing depletion liquid; arranging an electrode tip of a glass microelectrode near a target detection position; acquiring real-time voltage data measured by the microelectrode in a preset time period; measuring root system parameters of the target plant; and determining the net absorption rate of the target plant according to the real-time voltage data and the root system parameters. The ion flow velocity detection method and system based on ion absorption kinetics provided by the invention are a method for detecting the external ion absorption / efflux flow velocity of a plant root system by taking an ion selective electrode method as a means and on the basis of plant ion absorption kinetics, and on the premise of not consuming a large amount of manpower, the method can nondestructively detect the specific ion absorption speed of a single plant or a small-group plant, assists researchers in evaluating the growth state and nutrient absorption characteristics of crops, and improves the detection efficiency.
