The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a self-check source signal and a multi-channel radio frequency signal; performing radio frequency channel switching on the self-checking source signal and the multi-channel radio frequency signal for multiple times to obtain two paths of signals; performing down-conversion processing on the two paths of signals; performing hilbert conversion on the two paths of signals subjected to down-conversion processing respectively, and resolving to obtain an inherent difference between the two paths of self-check source signals and a relative difference between every two radio frequency signals; subtracting the inherent difference from the relative difference between every two radio frequency signals to obtain an absolute difference between every two radio frequency signals; converting the absolute difference between every two radio frequency signals into the absolute difference between the radio frequency signals of all channels and the radio frequency signals of the channel I to obtain a channel difference table; performing conversion according to thechannel difference table to obtain a corresponding compensation table; and compensating the radio frequency signal of each channel according to the compensation table to finish calibration.
