Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a fabric treatment agent which is prepared from powder and a liquid preparation and preparing a formaldehyde catalytic decomposition agent, wherein specific components and formulas of the fabric treatment agent and the formaldehyde catalytic decomposition agent are provided; uniformly coating the surface of a fabric with the prepared fabric treating agent and the formaldehyde catalytic decomposition agent in sequence; and carrying out heat treatment in a drying oven. According to the invention, polyvinyl alcohol is used as a removing agent to be loaded on a filtering material, so formaldehyde in air and hydroxyl contained in a coating undergo condensation polymerization when passing through the filtering fabric, and rapid removal of formaldehydeis achieved; flocculent colloidal silica improves the adhesion strength of the coated coating; and meanwhile, by utilizing the synergistic effect of nano-rod-shaped zinc oxide compounded with silverions and a titanium dioxide catalyst, a filtering fabric device or a filtering bag is endowed with the environment protection functions of permanently decomposing formaldehyde and purifying air.
