Embodiment 1

[0036] This embodiment discloses a method for optimal placement of the car bass unit based on the reciprocity theorem. After importing the approximate cuboid cavity, CAD drawing and 3D scanning drawing of the car, a finite element model is established; the main driver's seat of the car is determined. The optimal position is 10cm in front of the headrest, and the acceleration-sound pressure transfer function between the low-frequency speaker and the optimal position is calculated, and then the standard deviation is calculated by the transfer function to measure the flatness; thus, the optimal position for placing the low-frequency unit is obtained;

[0037] Among them, the physical properties of the interior of the car are expressed by surface impedance, and the low-frequency speaker is expressed by a rigid piston or an approximate point sound source.

[0038] This embodiment provides a method for optimal placement of car bass units based on the reciprocity theorem, including th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reciprocity theorem-based low-frequency unit distribution method, which comprises the following steps of: after importing an approximately cuboid cavity of an automobile, a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing and a 3D (Three-Dimensional) scanning drawing, establishing a finite element model; determining a position 10cm in front of a headrest of the automobile main drivingseat as an optimization position, calculating an acceleration sound pressure transfer function between the low-frequency loudspeaker and the optimization position, calculating a standard deviation byusing the transfer function, and measuring the flatness; and obtaining the optimal position for laying the low-frequency unit, wherein the physical property in the automobile is expressed by surfaceimpedance, and the low-frequency loudspeaker is expressed by a rigid piston or an approximate point sound source. The method can calculate the sound pressure radiated by a plurality of sound source positions at the same receiving point at the same time, reduces the calculation frequency, quickly obtains the optimal installation position of the low-frequency loudspeaker, irons out the defect that aconventional simulation mode can only calculate the distribution position of one sound source through one-time operation, and is used for improving the acoustic performance of a vehicle-mounted audiosystem.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of acoustics, in particular to an optimal layout method for automobile bass units based on the reciprocity theorem. Background technique [0002] With the development of the automotive industry, manufacturers have begun to pay attention to the user's experience in the car. Among them, the car audio system, as the main entertainment system in the car, has become an important factor affecting the user experience. [0003] Traditionally, the position installation of car bass units lacks the guidance of real theory, and is often based on the experience of engineers or tuners, ignoring the impact of different car models on the acoustic environment; or only selecting a few common positions for comparison, it is impossible to get the optimal solution . Contents of the invention [0004] The purpose of the present invention is to propose a car bass unit layout method based on the reciprocity theorem, which can s...
