Abstract

The invention relates to a production method of high-efficiency electrical steel. The production adopts a multi-layer composite method. After molten steel is smelted to target compositions, the moltensteel is casted into billets by continuous casting. A hot-rolled slab is discharged from a furnace at a temperature of 1030-1200 DEG C, and enters a finishing mill group to be rolled until a thickness is 1.5-3.0 mm and is coiled. A final rolling temperature is controlled at 820-900 DEG C. After being acid-pickled, cold rolling is carried out until a thickness is 0.1-0.4 mm. A finished product isformed by compounding three layers of steel strips. A self-bonding coating is adopted by the annealing intermediate layer of the finished product. A semi-organic coating is adopted by the outer layer. After annealing, the three layers of steel strips are compounded into a coil, and then heated to 100-300 DEG C, and heat preservation and solidification are carried out. The method has the advantagesthat in the case of reducing the amount of alloy added, the iron loss is greatly reduced, and the magnetic induction performance is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of electrical steel production, in particular to a production method of high-efficiency electrical steel. Background technique [0002] High magnetic induction and low iron loss are the two directions of the development of non-oriented silicon steel. Usually, increasing the magnetic induction will increase the iron loss. At the same time, the processes to improve the performance of both are: 1. Alloying of components: suitable for high grades Products and other means are used to the extreme to further improve the electromagnetic performance. The method is to add trace elements such as tin and antimony in steelmaking to improve the texture of the product, thereby improving the performance of the finished product. This method can only improve the performance to a small extent, but cannot significantly improve the performance of the finished product; 2. Increase the alloy content: This method increases the resistivity o...
