Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and particularly relates to an application of BAP18 in resistance to endocrine therapy of breast cancer and an application of the targeted inhibitor BAP18 in preparation of drugs for treating breast cancer. The targeted sequence of the inhibitor is shown in SEQ ID No.1. Experiments show that the BAP18 can promote resistance to endocrine drugs for breast cancer and also participate in process of tumor resistance in a tamoxifen mouse model. The BAP18 has potential of drug resistance in the endocrine drugs for breast cancer, theBAP18 small molecule inhibitor is prepared, siRNA may be found to inhibit transcription of the BAP18 to produce miRNA to achieve functions of treating clinical breast cancer and alleviating the resistance of the endocrine therapy of the breast cancer. The BAP18 only plays a role in promoting cancer progression during the occurrence and development of the cancer, besides, the expression of the BAP18 is up-regulated in tissues of most patients with breast cancer, inhibiting the expression of the BAP18 can effectively reduce side effects of other drugs, and a combined inhibitor therapy can effectively increase a clinical treatment effect.
