The evaluation method comprises the following specific evaluation steps of explosion disaster accidents and emergency equipment field data information being obtained; a TNT equivalent method being used for obtaining the TNT equivalent of the explosion disaster accident; acquiring an overpressure value borne by the emergency equipment according to an overpressure formula; according to an overpressure criterion and a similarity law, determining experiment parameters of the explosive quantity and the explosion distance of the experiment platform; determining performance evaluation indexes of the emergency equipment from national standards according to vulnerability and importance principles, determining evaluation index layering and index weights by an analytic hierarchy process, and determining the adaptive capacity of the emergency equipment facingan explosion disaster environment by a fuzzy mathematical method according to an experimental result, namely the performance damage condition of the emergency equipment.
