Abstract

The invention provides a method for predicting internal and external temperatures of a power lithium battery, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing a lithium ion battery electrothermal coupling model considering an environment temperature; recognizing parameters of the model through a forgetting factor least square method to obtain model parameters in different environments; then performing simulation level verification on the proposed lithium ion battery electrothermal coupling model established according to the parameter identification result according to dynamic working condition test data; and finally, constructing a state observer considering the environment temperature to verify the application level of the model. The method solves the problem that the state estimation error is large due to an inaccurate model caused by different environment temperatures, and plays an important role in the utilization efficiency and the service life of the power battery pack and the whole vehicle performance.
