Problems solved by technology

The animal models constructed by the existing oral implant occlusal research have the disadvantages of high price, insufficient sample size, and poor repeatability, and cannot simulate the actual clinical occlusal stress and cannot meet the needs of objective research.

Embodiment 1

[0030] Embodiment 1: Model construction method and model verification of the present invention

[0031] 1. Animal preparation

[0032] In the present invention, 30 5-week-old BALB / C mice were selected, and all animal experiments were supported by the Stanford Animal Research Ethics Committee, free to eat and drink, and the rhythm of life followed the circadian rhythm.

[0033] 2. Surgery and model building process

[0034] 2.1 tooth extraction

[0035] The reason why the present invention chooses 5 weeks as the tooth extraction time is that after the age of the mice exceeds this time, the cementum gradually accumulates in the apical area, which increases the difficulty of tooth root extraction and is prone to root fracture. After intraperitoneal anesthesia of 5-week-old mice, the bilateral maxillary first molars (mxM1) were extracted using fine toothed forceps. The whole operation needs to be completed within 3-5 minutes, and the bleeding can be stopped by local compression...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for constructing an oral implant high-occlusion animal model, and relates to the field of oral implant restoration. The method includes the following steps: 1) extracting bilateral maxillary first molars; 2) 21 days after heal of an alveolar socket, implanting an oral implant at the healing site, wherein the implant penetrates the gum and is lower than the occlusalplane; 3) 21 days after bone combination, placing a composite resin crown at the top of the implant to restore occlusal contact with the opposite jaw; and 4) extracting second and third maxillary molars. The model has high molding reproducibility, can generate higher bite force compared with a control, and cause greater strain in surrounding bones.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of oral implant restoration and relates to a method for constructing an oral implant high occlusal animal model. Background technique [0002] Oral implants are also known as dental implants, also known as artificial tooth roots. It is surgically implanted into the upper and lower jaws of the missing teeth of the human body, and after the surgical wound heals, a device for repairing dentures is installed on its upper part. [0003] With the continuous development and progress of oral implant restoration, implant restoration has become one of the main methods for restoring missing teeth. How to maintain the long-term effect of implant restoration has always been a hot research topic at home and abroad. Occlusion is one of the key factors affecting the stability and service life of implants. Implants are different from natural teeth in biomechanics. Implants without periodontal ligament are more susceptible to jaw for...
