Abstract

The device comprises at least one light source assembly, at least one image collection assembly, a rotation driving assembly, and a defect automatic detection assembly. The light source assembly is used in cooperation with the image collection assembly and used for collecting images in a brake disc air duct; the rotation driving assembly is used for driving the brake disc to rotate or driving the image collection assembly to rotate around the brake disc; and the defect automatic detection assembly judges whether the air duct of each brake disc has defects or not. According to the device, clear images in the brake disc air duct are collected through the image collection assembly, whether defects exist in the brake disc air duct or not is judged through a defect detection algorithm model trained by a control mechanism, the detection efficiency of the brake disc air duct is improved, meanwhile, the accuracy of the detection result of the brake disc air duct is improved, and the labor cost of brake disc air duct detection isreduced.
