The safety sanding disc comprises a disc body, the upper end of the disc body penetrates through and is rotationally connected with a rotary shaft, and a self-locking box is fixed to the top of the interior of the disc body; the rotary shaft penetrates through the self-locking box, and a plurality of rotary blades are fixed to the circumferential side wall of the section, located in the self-locking box, of the rotary shaft; a control box is fixed to the outer wall of the self-locking box, and a temperature control mechanism is arranged in the control box; and a heat dissipation box and a power box are fixed to the upper end of the disc body.
