The vacuum generating device comprises an internally-arranged vacuum generating pipe and a vacuum cavity. The valve body is provided with a valve element cavity and a valve inner channel. The valve element is arranged in the valve element cavity. The air supply device communicates with the valve element cavity. The valve element cavity communicates with the vacuum pilot valve and the destroying pilot valve through the valve inner channel. According to the vacuumgenerator, the vacuum pressure meter with an energy-saving function can measure pressure of the vacuum pilot valve, after a pressure valve is compared with a preset pressure section, switching betweenthe connecting state and the disconnecting state of the vacuum pilot valve is carried out, thus the pressure in the vacuum cavity is kept within the set range, adsorbed objects are prevented from falling off, and consumption of positive pressure air is reduced greatly.
