According to the invention, the home subscriber server does not delete the network access point of the terminal equipment but pauses the access of the terminal equipment to the network after the terminal equipment is shut down; therefore, after the terminal equipment is restarted, the network configuration of the terminal equipment does not need to be carried out again, and the terminal equipment can access the original network by restoring the network configuration of the terminal equipment before, so that the network access speed of the terminal equipment is improved.
