Abstract

The invention relates to a dispersing agent for removing oil from shale gas oil-based drilling cuttings. The dispersing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-40 partsof inorganic alkali, 0.01-2 parts of organic alkali, 0.01-2 parts of a surfactant, 0.01-0.5 parts of a defoaming agent and 5-30 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate. Oil-based drilling cuttings and thedispersing agent are mixed at room temperature, oil and rock debris solid phases are well separated, layered separation and respective recovery are performed, an oil-water phase is further subjected to acid-adding homogenization and emulsification treatment, and finally, the oil phase can be recovered through oil-water separation. The dispersing agent is easily available in components and non-toxic, can be industrially applied to oil phase treatment of shale gas oil-based drilling cuttings, and turns waste into wealth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of oil-based cuttings treatment in shale gas drilling, relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a dispersant for oil-removing shale gas oil-based cuttings, and also relates to its specific application. Background technique [0002] Oil-based drilling cuttings are oil-based drilling fluids used in the drilling process of oil and gas fields. During the drilling process, the drilling cuttings are taken out of the oil well with the drilling fluid and mixed evenly with the oil-based drilling fluid. The drilling fluid adheres to the surface of the cuttings. A black sticky oil-based drill cuttings, which are environmentally hazardous, were formed. It is a complex multiphase system containing mineral oil, alkanes and their derivatives and various heavy metals. If it is piled up for a long time, with the infiltration of rainfall or snowfall, harmful substances in oil-based drilling...
