The modified polyolefin adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials inparts by weight: 1 to 5 parts of alpha-methylstyrene dimer, 1 to 3 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide, 15 to 25 parts of modified epoxy resin, 20 to 30 parts of polyolefin, 1 to 5 parts of a curing agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of an antioxidant, 1 to 3 parts of a defoaming agent, 1 to 5 parts of a cross-linking agent and 20 to 40 parts of a solvent.
