Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for acquiring outdoor plant phenotypic data. The method comprises the following steps of: constructing a windproof device for a to-be-detected plant; attaching scanning identification points to the to-be-detected plant establishing a plant space three-dimensional independent coordinate system according to the scanning identification points, and ensuringthat each working position of a scanner has three or more scanning identification points; carrying out a scanning pre-experiment, judging whether illumination affects scanning or not, and if so, adding a shading device in the incident direction of the sun; scanning the to-be-detected plant; and calculating each characteristic parameter of the to-be-detected plant according to the scanned data andthe plant space three-dimensional independent coordinate system. The technical problems of the influence of wind interference and high illumination intensity in a traditional handheld three-dimensional laser scanner used for scanning plant forms outdoors in the prior art are solved.
