According to the gene free DNA extraction system, collecting of 10ml of blood is carried out by using a streck tube, and storing and transporting are performed at 10-30 DEG C; a sample cracking system is used for sequentially adding the following components into a 15ml test tube: protease, a plasma sample and a sample cracking solution; atest tube rack is included, wherein a supporting rod is arranged at the bottom of the test tube rack; a turbine is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting rod; the turbine is meshed betweentwo worms, the two worms are of the same structure, and each worm is independently driven by a motor; a worm part is arranged in the middle section of the supporting rod, gears are connected to the outer side of the worm part in a meshed mode, and each gear is fixedly connected with a supporting arm; and the supporting arms are connected with the test tube rack through hinges.
