Embodiment Construction

[0040] In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the present invention clearer, the following will describe in detail in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0041] An application of glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1) gene transfected glial cells in the treatment of traumatic brain injury, comprising the following steps: through in vivo animal experiments, detection of glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1 -1) After gene transfection of glial cells, the apoptosis of rat nerve cells and the improvement of learning and memory.

[0042] Wherein, the in vivo animal experiment specifically includes the following steps:

[0043] (1) A rat TBI model was prepared using a craniocerebral hydraulic injury device. 24 SD rats were used to prepare the craniocerebral hydraulic injury model using the FP302 craniocerebral hydraulic injury device of AmScien Instruments in the United States. After the rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injectio...

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1) gene transfected glial cells in an aspect of treating traumatic brain injury (TBI). The application is characterized in that through in-vivo animal experiments, the influence of glutamate transporter-1 gene transfected glial cells on rat nerve cell apoptosis and learning and memory functions can be detected under the condition of using glutamate transporter-1 gene transfected glial cells. The invention further discloses application of the glutamate transporter-1 gene transfected glial cells in preparation of prognostic drugs for traumatic brain injury, the glutamate transporter-1 gene transfected glial cells are applied to treating TBI, the adverse effect of excitatory toxicity of glutamic acid on nerve cells after TBI is reduced, thereby restoring neurological function in TBI patients; and a new direction is provided for treatment of the traumatic brain injury, and meanwhile, a research basis is provided for preparing prognostic drugs for treatment of the traumatic brain injury.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical research, and specifically relates to the application of glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1) gene transfection glial cells in the treatment of traumatic brain injury, glutamate transporter-1 (GLT-1 ) application of gene transfected glial cells in the preparation of prognostic drugs for traumatic brain injury. Background technique [0002] With the development of the national economy, the traffic industry is increasingly developed, and the traffic accidents that follow are also increasing year by year, and the resulting traumatic brain injury (traumatic brain injury, TBI) is also very common. TBI is a progressive degenerative disease characterized by cell loss. The mechanisms of brain damage include: first, diffuse cell death; second, secondary cell damage, mainly cell apoptosis; finally, activated star Gliocytes form glial spots. TBI often endangers the life of the patient. Even if the rescue can...
