Abstract

The invention discloses a shield grouting structure for shield excavating of a water-rich sandy cobble stratum and a construction method. the shield grouting structure comprises a shield excavating channel, and the shield excavating channel is formed in the water-rich sandy cobble stratum and extends from the water-rich sandy cobble stratum to an adjacent stratum connected with the water-rich sandy cobble stratum. A first grouting double loop and a second grouting double loop which have the same structure and different grouting molding modes are molded in the shield excavating channel in a grouting mode. The first grouting double loop is positioned in the water-rich sandy cobble stratum, and the second grouting double loop communicates with the end part of the first grouting double loop and extends from the water-rich sandy cobble stratum to the adjacent stratum. The first grouting double loop and the second grouting double loop are of a double loop structure composed of an inner loopand an outer loop made of different materials, so that the outer loop constructing in front can fill particle pores in the inner wall surface of the shield excavating channel to form enclosed mud films. Moreover, the first grouting double loop and the second grouting double loop are also used for supporting the shield excavating channel in a matched mode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of shield tunnels, in particular to a shield body grouting structure for shield excavation in water-rich sand and pebble formations. In addition, the present invention also relates to a construction method for shield excavation shield grouting structure in water-rich sand and pebble stratum for constructing the shield excavation grouting structure in water-rich sand and pebble stratum. Background technique [0002] With the continuous deepening of urbanization in my country, the development and construction of underground space has received unprecedented attention and attention. The design and construction mileage of tunnels for traffic tracks and municipal utility corridors continue to set new records, and will continue to maintain a high-speed development trend in the future. However, due to the speed of construction development and the complexity of the underground environment, there are still many engineering prob...
