The evaluation method comprises the following steps: performing order reduction processing on an original small signal model, and determining an order reduction small signal model of the high-voltage direct-current power supply system of the multi-electric aircraft; initializing a convergence condition of the reduced-order small signal model; determining a reduced-order model target characteristic value according to the reduced-order small-signal model;determining a target eigenvalue error according to the reduced-order model target eigenvalue; determining an iterative deviation value according to the target characteristic value error; obtaining thecurrent iteration times; whether the iteration deviation value and the current iteration frequency meet the convergence condition or not is judged, if yes, the target characteristic value error is output, and the high-voltage direct-current power supply system of the multi-electric aircraft is evaluated according to the target characteristic value error.
