Embodiment 1

[0019] An organic fertilizer prepared by resourceful utilization of forestry processing residues, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 tons (wet weight) of Camellia oleifera husk after extracting tannin and 5 tons (wet weight) of eucalyptus bark, fresh sugar factory filter 15 tons of mud, 1 ton of dried peanuts, 1 ton of rice bran, 150 kg of compound bacteria and 100 kg of ammonium bicarbonate. The composite bacteria is composed of photosynthetic bacteria, yeast, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Gram-positive bacteria, actinomycetes and aspergillus with a mass ratio of 3:5:2:1:5:2.

[0020] The extraction method of the tannin is as follows: crush the camellia oleifera husk and eucalyptus bark respectively, add water and sodium hydroxide to pressurize and react at 120°C, the amount of water added is the amount of soaked forestry residues, and the amount of sodium hydroxide added 10% of the water quality; filter, collect the filtrate, and set aside; after the ...

Embodiment 2

[0023] An organic fertilizer prepared by resourceful utilization of forestry processing residues, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 tons (wet weight) of Camellia oleifera husk after extracting tannin and 2 tons (wet weight) of chestnut shell, fresh sugar factory filter 15 tons of mud, 1.5 tons of dried peanuts, 0.5 tons of rice bran, 200 kg of compound bacteria and 150 kg of ammonium bicarbonate. The composite bacteria is composed of photosynthetic bacteria, yeast, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Gram-positive bacteria, actinomycetes and aspergillus with a mass ratio of 4:8:3:2:3:1.

[0024] The extraction method of the tannin is as follows: crush the camellia oleifera husk and the chestnut shell respectively, add water and sodium hydroxide to pressurize and react at 120° C., the amount of water added is the amount of soaked forestry residues, and the amount of sodium hydroxide added 8% of the water quality; filter, collect the filtrate, and set aside; a...

Embodiment 3

[0027] An organic fertilizer prepared by resource utilization of forestry processing residues, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 tons (wet weight) of walnut peel after extracting tannin and 5 tons (wet weight) of macadamia nut shells, fresh sugar factory filter 20 tons of mud, 1 ton of dried peanuts, 1 ton of rice bran, 250 kg of compound bacteria and 200 kg of ammonium bicarbonate. The composite bacteria is composed of photosynthetic bacteria, yeast, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Gram-positive bacteria, actinomycetes and aspergillus with a mass ratio of 3:5:2:1.5:5:2.

[0028] The extraction method of the tannin is as follows: walnut peels and macadamia nut shells are respectively pulverized, and water and ethanol with a volume ratio of 2:1 are used as solvents. Leach for 2 hours, filter, collect the filtrate, and set aside; after the filtrate is concentrated, freeze-dry to obtain tannin powder, and the remaining waste residue is used to prepare ferti...

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic fertilizer prepared by resource utilization of forestry processing residues and a method thereof. The organic fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materialsin parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of forestry residues after tannin extraction, 100 to 200 parts of sugar refinery filter mud, 5 to 15 parts of peanut meal, 5 to 15 parts of bran coat, 1 to 3 parts of compound bacteria and 0.5 to 2 parts of ammonium bicarbonate. The forestry residues are one or a combination of more of camellia oleifera shells, macadimia nut shells, chestnut shells and walnutpeels; the compound bacteria consist of photosynthetic bacteria, saccharomycetes, lactobacillus acidophilus, gram-positive bacteria, actinomycetes and aspergillus. According to the invention, after tannin is extracted from forestry processing residues such as camellia oleifera shells, macadimia nut shells, chestnut shells, walnut peels and the like, the extraction residues are used for producing the fertilizer, so that the forestry processing residues are fully recycled; then fermentation is carried out on the sugar refinery filter mud, peanut cake and other raw materials with bacterial strains to prepare the organic fertilizer, which can provide sufficient nutrients for crop production, and an ecological cycle system for forest application is constructed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of forestry processing residues, and in particular relates to an organic fertilizer prepared by utilizing forestry processing residues as resources and a method thereof. Background technique [0002] The nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content in forestry processing residues are relatively high, which can improve soil structure and soil fertility. It is one of the better organic fertilizers and has achieved good results in the planting experiments of vegetables, fruit trees, tea trees and other economic crops. Effect. However, at present, in agriculture, forestry processing residues are mainly stacked and retting directly in the field. The natural rotting and degradation time exceeds one year, the utilization rate is low, the fertilizer effect cannot be exerted, and there may be phenomena such as burning seedlings. [0003] Tannin is a secondary metabolite of some plants, wit...
