The hand-washing-free disinfectant disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: through compounding of the ethanol and the elsholtzia oil and addition of moisturizing and skin-care components, the hand-washing-free disinfectant has good synergistic effect, improves the effect of disinfection, is lasting in killing time and has good skin-care function.
