[0035] According to the uniform segmentation method of the cerebral cortex surface based on the spectral clustering algorithm proposed by the present invention, we have implemented a prototype system in combination with Freesurfer software (version v6.0.0) and Python language (version 2.7.12) under the Ubuntu 16.04 system. The system's memory is 16GB and the processor is an Intel Core i5 CPU. The image input by this system is the three-dimensional magnetic resonance structural image of the normal subject, and the parameter to be set is the number of clusters of the cerebral cortex. The output of the system is a spatially continuous segmentation map of the cerebral cortex. The average time required for segmentation of multiple levels (K=100, 200, 500, 800, 1000) on a hemi-cortical surface (the number of vertices is 32k) is about 11 minutes.
