The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing all the rawmaterials in proportion, feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder through main feeding, plasticizing, exhausting, plasticizing again, vacuumizing, decompressing, extruding and granulating to obtain the product.
