Problems solved by technology

However, in practical application of NIRS, in the case of weak movements that the subjects cannot actively avoid, such as newborns or animals, it may lead to the exclusion of the entire data set from the study, resulting in a great loss of data and a waste of experimental investment.

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0021] The present invention is suitable for the near-infrared spectroscopy multi-channel detection method under complex acceleration conditions, and is divided into the following three steps:

[0022] Step 1: Collect the near-infrared data of the subject's frontal lobe and the synchronized IMU data of the same site of the near-infrared optical detector during the test.

[0023] The test process is:

[0024] a. Set the computer screen to be blank;

[0025] b. After the subject wears the NIRS equipment and the near-infrared optical detector is installed, wait 10s.

[0026] c. The "+" sign is displayed at a random position on the computer screen, while the subject is watching the sign; the "+" sign is displayed for 2s;

[0027] d. After an interval of 10s, return to step c.

[0028] The above process was repeated 20 times.

[0029] During the above test, the frontal lobe NIR data of the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) multichannel detection method applicable to a complex acceleration condition. An NIRS signal acquisition system and a six-channel inertial measurement unit (IMU) are used to synchronously record data; an external input autoregressive model (ARX) is established, six-channel IMU data is used as an external input of the system, and motion artifacts (MAs) in a detected NIRS signal are estimated; and effective physiologic information in the NIRS signal under the complex acceleration condition is obtained. The method has the advantages as follows: modeling of the MAs can be better realized, so that the MAs in the detected signal can be removed successfully, and the obtained NIRS signals with MAs can more accurately detect physiologicalchanges.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical technology, and in particular relates to a near-infrared spectrum multi-channel detection method suitable for complex acceleration conditions. Background technique [0002] Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) can non-destructively detect the changes in the concentration of oxygenated hemoglobin and deoxygenated hemoglobin in the brain tissue, and is an effective method to measure local blood flow dynamics information and metabolic status in the brain. In addition, NIRS is compared with other brain function measurement equipment, such as positron emission computed tomography (PER) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) due to its advantages of non-invasiveness, safety, simple operation and cost-effectiveness. More popular, making it an excellent choice for continuous monitoring of brain hemodynamics. [0003] In NIRS measurement, the light source and detector are directly coupled to the human scalp, and the movement o...
