Abstract

The invention discloses a method capable of preventing getter dropping particles. The method comprises the following steps: S1 of spraying a reinforcing coating at a joint of the end surface of the powder and a conductor, wherein the conductor penetrates through the powder; and S2 of curing the sprayed reinforcing layer. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the reinforcing coating is sprayed to the joint of the end surface of the powder and the conductor, and the sprayed reinforcing coating is cured, so that the end surface of the powder is reinforced, and therefore, particles are prevented from dropping from the joint of the end surface of the powder and the conductor. Besides, the reinforcing coating is further sprayed to residual powder left on the conductor to further prevent dropping particles. The reinforcing coating can be specifically protective glue, nano sliver paste or a metal coating with low gas release amount. The invention further discloses a getter and areinforcing coating assembly.
