Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of selenium-enriched lactobacillus preparation. The method includes the following steps: (1) inoculating frozen-stored Lb. platanum ST-III strains in an MRS liquid medium, performing anaerobic culture and subculture to obtain a bacterial culture; (2) weighing 2 g of green tea sample, soaking the green tea sample in purified water for 10 min, taking supernatant, and filtering the supernatant through a sterile filter to obtain green tea extract; (3) preparing an MRS-TE medium: cooling the MRS-Mn medium to room temperature naturally, and then adding the green tea extract; (4) centrifuging the obtained bacterial culture to collect the bacterial cells; (5) washing the collected bacterial cells three times with physiological saline and then resuspending the bacterial cells in the MRS-TE medium, shaking thoroughly, and leaving to stand for fermentation at 37 DEG C; and (6) centrifuging the fermented bacterial cells, washing the fermented bacterialcells with sterile physiological saline three times, and removing the supernatant to obtain the selenium-enriched lactobacillus preparation.
