Abstract

The invention discloses a research method of an action mechanism for promoting gastric mucosa repairing to treat gastric ulcer through JNK / SAPK and ERK signal channels. The research method comprises the following steps: 1, preparation of chaihu shugan powder; 2, establishing of a liver-depression syndrome and glacial acetic acid gastric ulcer combined model; 3, detection of expression of p38MAPK and ERK proteins through an immunohistochemical method; and 4, detection of expression of the p38MAPK and ERK proteins through a Western blot method. The influence of a liver soothing and depression relieving method on JNK / SAPK and ERK of gastric mucosa of gastric ulcer mice with a liver-depression syndrome is observed, an internal mechanism for treating gastric ulcer through the liver soothing anddepression relieving method is illuminated from molecular biology, the influence of the liver soothing and depression relieving method on gastric mucosa damage repairing of the gastric ulcer mice with the liver-depression syndrome and the action mechanism of curative effects of the liver soothing and depression relieving method are explored, and thus the experimental basis is laid for developmentof traditional Chinese medicine and new medicine for treating gastric ulcer.
