Abstract

The invention relates to the field of magnetic resonance imaging, and provides a novel fat reference magnetic resonance temperature imaging method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining a temperature distribution interval of adipose-containing tissue according to the physical characteristics of the adipose-containing tissue; step 2, determining the range of a water-fat chemical displacement difference according to the relationship between water-fat component chemical displacement differences and temperature; step 3, determining an interval of echo time enabling the water-fat chemical displacement difference to reach a water-fat inverse phase according to the distribution of the water-fat chemical displacement difference in the step 2; and step 4, discretizing the echo time of the interval in the step 3, and respectively carrying out scanning imaging according to the discretized echo time. The method for obtaining the tissue temperature by comparing the signal amplitudes corresponding to the discretized echo time is simple and easy to implement, complex post-processing is not needed, the influence of T2* is corrected by using a mature chemical displacement coding imaging method, and the accuracy of temperature estimation is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to magnetic resonance imaging, in particular to a new fat reference magnetic resonance temperature imaging method. Background technique [0002] Magnetic resonance temperature imaging can monitor the internal temperature distribution and changes of the object under test in a non-invasive, real-time and in vivo manner. Magnetic resonance can monitor temperature based on different temperature-sensitive parameters, commonly used parameters are proton density (PD), relaxation time (relaxation time), diffusion coefficient and proton resonance frequency shift (proton resonance frequency shift, PRFS). Because the proton resonance frequency in water has a linear relationship with temperature, and this linear relationship has nothing to do with tissue, the magnetic resonance temperature imaging technology based on PRFS is the most widely used. However, this technique cannot be used in tissues containing fat, so the hydrogen protons in fat...
